Privacy policy

Griffin Digital Marketing ("I", "me") respects your privacy and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This page explains what this website collects and why.

What I collect

• Contact form: the name, email, phone, website and message you choose to send. It's used only to reply to you and to prepare for our call.
• Free website check: the website address you check and its score are logged so I can keep the tool working well (and yes, I may reach out to offer help). Your IP address is used only briefly to prevent abuse and is not stored.
• Analytics: this site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal information. It counts page views, referrers and device types in aggregate.

What I don't do

• No advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• I never sell or rent your information.
• No mailing lists unless you ask to be on one.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored on servers I manage and delivered to my business inbox. Messages are kept as long as needed to work with you, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@griffindigitalmarketing.ca and I'll respond within 30 days.
