Most agencies lock you into a monthly plan, and a lot of that pays for offices, account managers and sales teams. I don't have any of that. You pay once, hosting is on me, and the site is yours. If you want ongoing help later, it's there, but it's never required.

Pricing questions
How much does it cost?
Packages are $799, $1,499 or $2,499, one-time. That covers building the site, getting your Google profile in shape and free hosting. There's no monthly fee. Every price is on the packages page, with no surprise fees.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Really. Hosting, SSL and backups are included for free, and you get 30 days of free changes after launch (60 on Growth Partner). After that, small edits are billed by the job, only when you ask. If you'd like ongoing help growing on Google, there are optional monthly plans, like Local SEO at $249/mo, but they're never required.
How long does it take?
Fast. You'll see a working first draft within 48 hours of our call, and most sites are live within a week. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your photos and details together, and I help with both.
Do you write the content?
Yes, all of it. From a short call I write your service pages, about story, FAQs and articles, and I can source or create images too. You approve or tweak everything before it goes live. Want the site kept fresh with new projects, offers and posts? I can update it as often as you like, by the job or on the Care Plan.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site ships with the SEO basics done properly: fast loading, clean code, titles and descriptions, schema markup, a sitemap, Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile set up. That's what gets you found. Climbing higher in a competitive area takes ongoing work, which is what the optional Local SEO plan is for.
Can you guarantee I'll be #1 on Google?
No, and anyone who does isn't being honest with you. Nobody outside Google knows exactly how it ranks, and it changes all the time, especially now with AI answers. What I can promise is the work done properly, the clean way Google rewards, with real numbers so you can see exactly what's happening. No bots, no tricks.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, your content and your site files are yours. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I'll hand everything over.
How do payments work?
Half books your spot and the other half is due at launch. E-transfer is easiest. That's it, no monthly bills unless you choose an optional plan.
Do you only work in Edmonton?
I'm based in Edmonton and love working with local businesses (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc and area), but I work with businesses anywhere in Canada over video calls.
